Pace yourself = retain your speed when you do something. (don't go too much)

Juvenile Detention : sort of prison for teenagers where youths are under 18.

Submissing : tender or soft temper of people
 
ex) Unlikely to Korean men, Chinese men are normally submissing toward women.

Intense : if someone is intense, he/she is very focusing on things and absorbed.

Dump : dejected, sad

ex) Why do you look dump today?
